Hotel Equities Opens Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Dayton, Ohio

Atlanta-based Hotel Equities ("HE") announced the opening of the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Dayton North. The hotel located at 7072 York Center Drive in Butler Township is owned by development and investment firm The Witness Group ("TWG"). Hotel Equities manages TWG's portfolio of hotels following the firm's strategic partnership with TWG in September.
