The 304-room Marriott Tacoma Downtown, managed by Aimbridge Hospitality, the leading, global, third-party hotel management company, opened its doors on November 18th in downtown Tacoma, Washington. The 22-story hotel located at 1538 Commerce Street is the latest addition to Marriott Hotels , the signature brand of Marriott International.

Located in the heart of Tacoma's financial and theater districts directly off of I-705, the Marriott Tacoma Downtown connects to the Greater Tacoma Convention Center on the ballroom level with a grand promenade that features large windows and views of the Tacoma Waterfront and Mt. Rainier. The new property offers guests convenient access to the University of Washington-Tacoma, the Tacoma Art Museum, the Museum of Glass, and the Washington State Historical Society Museum. The hotel is also near the Port of Tacoma, Mt. Rainier National Park, Tacoma Union Station, numerous shopping, dining, and entertainment options, and is 24 miles from Seattle Tacoma International Airport.

The 304 guest rooms offer a spacious and premium feel with tailored solutions that are as inventive as its guests. The Greatroom lobby is a stylish hub of the hotel serving as a great social gathering place for both day and night. Guests can enjoy various great food and drink options and seamless connectivity with free Wi-Fi and essential technology.
