Sunridge Hotel Group Opens a Residence Inn by Marriott in La Quinta, California
The 108-suite Residence Inn by Marriott hotel in La Quinta, California opened its doors in December. Located at 79-675 Highway 111, the all-suite property will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by LQ Hospitality Group, LLC and managed by Sunridge Hotel Group of Mesa, Arizona. General Manager LaShan Pope and Director of Sales Emily Steiding lead the management team at the property for Sunridge Hotel Group.

Situated in the Coachella Valley, less than 10 minutes from Old Town, the Residence Inn by Marriott La Quinta offers easy access to over 30 golf courses, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Joshua Tree National Park, the Coachella Music and Arts Festival and the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center - Twentynine Palms.

The Residence Inn by Marriott La Quinta is an all-suite hotel that features studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. Guests looking for a revitalizing sleep experience will enjoy the hotel's plush mattresses and crisp linens, while guests focused on being productive will value their suite's large, well-lit work desk, ergonomic chair and complimentary high-speed Internet access. Each suite also has a fully-equipped kitchen with a coffeemaker, microwave oven, residential-sized appliances and a Netflix-enabled 55-inch HDTV.
The four-story hotel is pet-friendly and features a well-equipped fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool, a putting green, a full-service bar open for dinner, a patio with an upscale grilling area, free high-speed internet, a complimentary hot breakfast buffet, guest laundry, and offers 525 square feet of meeting space.
