The hotel provides a complement of services and brand amenities, including 20,000 square feet of meeting space, indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, Grab & Go market, 24-hour fitness facility, electric car charging stations, and is ten minutes to San Francisco International Airport (SFO).

As Embassy Suites by Hilton San Francisco Airport responds to the COVID-19 pandemic, some services and amenities have been adjusted in order to adhere to health and safety guidance from local government. New standards for Hilton CleanStay that have been rolled out include a Hilton CleanStay Room Seal to indicate that a room has not been accessed since being thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, as well as flexible housekeeping options.
