The renovation has greatly enhanced both the guest rooms and public spaces, bringing a fresh, modern design that blends vibrant colors with practical functionality. Notable improvements include a redesigned lobby with contemporary hues, new furniture, updated flooring, and fresh wall treatments. The exterior also received a facelift, with a complete repainting and new patio furniture. The fitness center offers new state-of-the-art equipment and updated flooring. In addition, all guest rooms have been fully remodeled, showcasing updated bathrooms, fixtures, tile, carpeting, furniture, bedding, and artwork.

Third hotel in Nuremberg – Leonardo Nürnberg City Center opens after modernisation works

The opening of the Leonardo Nürnberg City Center has provided Leonardo Hotels Central Europe with a third presence in Nuremberg. Following its acquisition in December 2025, the former IntercityHotel was updated and aligned to the Leonardo Hotels brand whilst operations continued. The conclusion of the rebranding process means that the first of the four ex-IntercityHotels taken over by the company has now been fully transferred to the Leonardo portfolio. Conversion of the other three hotels located in Freiburg, Magdeburg and Erfurt will be completed in the third and fourth quarters of 2026.

Carlisle Bay Antigua to Unveil Phase Two of Multi-Million Dollar Resort Renovation

Five-star resort and member of The Leading Hotels of the World, Carlisle Bay Antigua is continuing its multimillion-dollar renovation with the second phase set to debut in October 2026. Building on the successful launch of Phase One in October 2025, which introduced fully renovated Ocean, Bay and Garden Suites designed by London-based designer Miminat Shodeinde of Miminat Designs, the next stage of the transformation will unveil newly reimagined Carlisle Suites and twenty Beach Suites now known as Signature Beach Suites. The second stage will be co-led by Shodeinde alongside Cara Doherty, part of the ownership group of Carlisle Bay.

Officials of the 523-room Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards today announced the completion of the first phase of a two-part, multi-million dollar, property-wide renovation.  Phase one included fully upgrading and enhancing all guest rooms and the concierge level. Phase two, which will include upgrading the lobby, restaurant and meeting spaces, is expected to commence in Q1 2027.
