Zemi Beach House (Zemi), an award-winning LXR Hotels & Resorts boutique property, today announces that Antoine Alsayah has been appointed as its Director of Sales & Marketing. In his new role, Alsayah will lead the sales and marketing for the hotel, including the planning and implementation of modern, tech-forward sales strategies for maximizing hotel revenues and occupancy. He will also oversee revenue operations and reservations alongside Zemi's General Manager, Paulo Paias.

Jolyon Hyne has been appointed as Director of Travel Industry at The Resorts & Residences by CuisinArt

Jolyon Hyne was born in Vermont, grew up in Pennsylvania and has been based in Miami, Florida since 2003. Throughout the course of his career, Jolyon has held positions at esteemed properties including Soho Beach house in Miami Beach, The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach, The Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne & Coconut Grove, and more. Most recently, Jolyon served as the Account Director of Luxury Leisure Sales at The St. Regis Bal Harbour, where he was responsible for driving all leisure accounts with the United States and Asia-Pacific. As Director of Travel Industry for the Resorts & Residences by CuisinArt, Jolyon is charged with overseeing the resort's relationships with top travel professionals around the globe.

Brett Briseno has been appointed as Director of Sales & Marketing at The Resorts & Residences by CuisinArt

Bringing a wealth of experience to his new role, Brett will oversee all sales, marketing and reservations departments for the resort as the property prepares to implement enhancements and amenities that will place it in a league of its own within the Caribbean. Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Brett is a graduate of Texas A&M University. He launched his career in the hospitality space at the Westin City Center in downtown Dallas. He has since gone on to hold positions at W Dallas-Victory, W Minneapolis-The Foshay, Le Meridien Chambers Minneapolis, and W Austin. Most recently, Brett served as the Director of Sales & Marketing for the Commodore Perry Estate, which is part of the Auberge Resorts Collection. As Director of Sales & Marketing for the Resorts & Residences by CuisinArt, Brett will drive creative sales and marketing initiatives that support short and long-term objectives for the property as it transitions into a new era.

Diego Angarita has been appointed as General Manager at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla, the award-winning oceanfront property consistently ranked by travelers and industry experts as one of the Caribbean's finest, has named Diego Angarita as General Manager. The post will be a homecoming for Angarita, who served as the property's Resort Manager from 2016-2017.Angarita's career with Four Seasons started in Punta Mita in 2001 and has included posts at some of the brand's iconic resort destinations from The Bahamas to Hawaii. Most recently, he served as Hotel Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. During his tenure at the property, the hotel received the coveted Forbes Five-Star award and reached the number one spot on TripAdvisor for the Los Angeles region.Diego's promotion to GM coincided with the reopening of the Resort and the introduction of the new Four Seasons global health and safety initiative, Lead With Care.
