Pyramid Global Hospitality leads Naples Grande Beach Resort transition to Signia by Hilton

Hilton (NYSE: HLT) today announced the signing of Naples Grande Beach Resort, which will join the Signia Hilton portfolio as Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort. The signing is part of the brand’s strong growth trajectory and continued expansion into irreplaceable destinations, signaling a new chapter in Signa Hilton’s evolution into luxury destinations for travelers pursuing their ambitions, passions and celebrations.  The 474-room resort, inclusive of 50 villas, will become the first Signia Hilton on Florida's Gulf Coast, introducing the brand's distinctive luxury experience to one of the country’s most sought-after destinations. Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort is now accepting reservations on Hilton.com for stays beginning January 1, 2027.

Hyatt Adds First Affiliated Hotel in Guyana with Atlantic Suites Hotel

Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) and RJR Investments & Holdings Inc. today announced that Atlantic Suites Hotel has joined the Hyatt portfolio as an affiliated hotel, marking the first Hyatt affiliated hotel in Guyana. In 2028, the existing Atlantic Suites Hotel is expected to be integrated with a newly constructed adjoining tower to create Hyatt Regency Georgetown Guyana. The approximately $50 million development project will significantly expand the property’s accommodations and amenities and introduce a full-service Hyatt Regency experience to the market.
