Spanning more than 9,500 square feet across two floors, Trade Winds is designed for families and larger groups seeking more space and privacy. The villa features five bedrooms–three king and two double–six full bathrooms, two powder rooms, four fully equipped kitchens, two living rooms and two dining areas. Outdoor spaces include two private pools, a rooftop plunge pool and outdoor shower.

Additional highlights include a personal state-of-the-art movie theater, direct elevator access to the rooftop, and a 1,710-square-foot primary suite. Guests also receive access to golf carts and a dedicated Lifestyle Concierge to help curate their stay.

Aurora is also introducing six Golf View One Bedroom Executive Suites, each offering 1,250 square feet of space for up to three guests. The suites feature one king bed with the option for a crib or rollaway, one full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and golf views.

Guests staying in the new accommodations have access to Aurora's full resort experience, including its Greg Norman-designed 18-hole championship golf course, Sorana Spa, Entertainment Park, beaches, 600,000-gallon water park, tennis and pickleball courts, and dining experiences.

Trade Winds is available at a special introductory rate starting at $8,000 per night for a limited time. Beginning Dec. 20, 2026, rates will start at $10,000 per night, with no minimum length of stay. Golf View One Bedroom Executive Suites will be available beginning in November 2026, with rates starting at $2,100 per night and no minimum stay.
