Chartwell Hospitality, an integrated hotel operations and development company, has completed a $10 million renovation of the 303-room Franklin Marriott Cool Springs Hotel and Conference Center, located at 700 Cool Springs Blvd. in Franklin, Tennessee. The extensive upgrades include a complete refresh of the 30,000-square-foot Conference Center, updated guest rooms and lobby and enhancements to Stave Regional Kitchen & Lounge. Chartwell Hospitality acquired the property in 2018, following the hotel’s last extensive renovation in 2016.
