The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón Reveals Transformed Resort and Dynamic Culinary Concepts
Today, The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón officially unveils its fully reimagined resort, inviting guests and the local community to experience the next chapter of this iconic retreat. Spearheaded by Parker Torres Design, the multi-million-dollar transformation debuts a refreshed lobby, residential-style accommodations, an elevated Club Lounge, Swaying Palm event space, and three new culinary concepts: Palmera, Fenrose, and Café Fenrose. The redesign refines a lush resort rooted in classic leisure and recreation, serving as the inland counterpart to its beachfront sister property.
Surrounded by sprawling greens, courts, and gardens, The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón beckons guests to spend their days exactly as they please—from active pursuits to slow moments by the pool and all the joy in between. Guests are invited to immerse themselves in the resort’s world-class amenities, including two Greg Norman-designed 18-hole championship golf courses, Har-Tru clay courts and premier instruction at The Mouratoglou Tennis Center, alongside a sprawling pool complex, The Reservoir, as well as biking and walking paths around the lush grounds. The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón offers an unhurried atmosphere where every age finds space to play.
A REFINED ESCAPE DESIGNED FOR EASE
Throughout the resort, the redesign trades dark wood finishes for luminous, residential-style interiors inspired by Southwest Florida’s native mangroves, the property’s Audubon-certified grounds and birding trails, and local artisan traditions. Guests are immediately welcomed into a relaxed haven where soft hues and natural light flood the reimagined lobby. A warm, neutral palette is complemented by rich wood accents celebrating traditional local craftsmanship—from a sophisticated welcome registration to turned wood screens that offer visual transparency into Palmera, the resort's new social and dining hub. Organic marble inlays frame the entry while a custom alabaster chandelier centers the space, establishing the lobby as the vibrant heart of the estate experience.
The redesigned guestrooms and suites establish a serene haven where earthy textures and nature-inspired patterns mingle with opulent finishes. Accommodations have been transformed with a residential estate aesthetic reflecting total ease and unhurried relaxation. Traditional hotel desks give way to curved settee lounges and built-in dining setups, while room entries feature a signature "treasure box" bar niche set against woven shell wallcoverings. Custom murals, light oak nightstands with woven rattan textures, and deconstructed palm-patterned carpets complete the retreat, highlighting rich local craftsmanship through artful interpretations.
The crown jewel of the new accommodations, the Presidential Suite, elevates the residential narrative into a grand, multi-room sanctuary. Rich charcoals, deep greens, mauves, and corals complement preserved green marble flooring, balancing drama with residential comfort. The expansive suite features a grand entry vestibule adorned with carved wood panels, a dedicated bar lounge and a dining room framed by a custom banquette wall. The primary bedroom serves as an elite place of respite, complete with a fluted dry vanity dressing room and bespoke artisan textile installations.
These premier accommodations are complemented by a re-energized Club Lounge experience. Reimagined in rust, gold, and amber tones, the Club Lounge honors native coastal history through dimensional maritime-inspired art, woven rope-and-rattan banquettes, maritime basketry, and bespoke buffet millwork.
A NEW ERA OF FLORIDA COASTAL CUISINE

Palmera: Now open as The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón’s high-energy destination bar and restaurant, Palmera is a vibrant social vibe with a culinary direction that celebrates the natural harvest of Florida’s Gulf Coast. The experience centers around an expressive and a dramatic bar topped with orange quartzite and antique brass palm-leaf lamps. Under the direction of Executive Chef Jared Young, the menu focuses on local ingredients from Naples farms to St. Augustine Datil peppers and regional citrus, maximizing every part of the product for new spins or classic dishes and minimal food waste. Standout dishes include Florida Blue Crab Toast with a tart grapefruit aioli, a tableside Espresso Lobster Cocktail served over ice with an aromatic smoke service, and yakitori-grilled Roasted Chicken with a fiery Datil pepper Basquaise ragout, alongside daily regional seafood selections and theatrical desserts like the tableside-torched Strawberry Pavlova.

Fenrose & Café Fenrose: Offering a quiet expression of Parisian elegance, Fenrose invites guests to begin the day with intention and ease through refined French breakfast traditions and impeccably executed egg dishes. Refined yet unhurried, the dining space balances European café charm with organic modern warmth—a subtle homage to the sanctuary's surrounding Florida ecosystem. Adjacent to the dining room, Café Fenrose functions as an all-day market and espresso bar. Designed in butter yellow, mint, and cream, the space features custom striped packaging and terrazzo flooring.
