Villa Park, Maldives
Villa Park Introduces Two-Bedroom Residences for the Whole Family
Villa Park, the Maldivian-owned resort in South Ari Atoll, unveils its new two-bedroom residences: the island's largest accommodation, set on one of its most beautiful stretches of white-sand beach. Located at the eastern tip of the island, the residences are surrounded by the lagoon on three sides.
The flagship Two-Bedroom Beach Pool Residence spans 465 sqm, with two en-suite bedrooms, a separate living room and a panoramic upper terrace, making it a natural fit for multigenerational families, groups of friends and extended family stays. Each residence sleeps up to eight, complemented by generous outdoor spaces including a private pool, sundeck, pool slide, beach cabana, outdoor dining area and direct access to the beach.
Villa Park is one of the Maldives' most popular family resorts. Its Park Players Kids' Club is one of the country's largest, whale sharks can be seen year-round, and the island offers a five-star PADI dive centre, water sports, sports facilities and twelve restaurants and bars.
Adventure for Every Age
Renowned for its vibrant reefs and crystal-clear waters, Villa Park’s marine environment becomes a playground for the whole family. Signature experiences range from once-in-a-lifetime encounters, such as swimming alongside whale sharks or diving the South Ari Atoll Marine Protected Area, to adrenaline-fuelled jet ski tours and JetBlade experiences, or more gentle pursuits like stand-up paddleboarding and canoeing.
The semi-submarine is a perfect choice for multigenerational families, allowing even the youngest guests to experience the wonder of the underwater world in comfort. Guests can soak up views of the surrounding beaches and palm trees from the upper deck, or head below to discover tropical fish, colourful corals, manta rays and turtles.
While adults enjoy a moment of calm and restoration at Araamu Spa, a retreat set within a lush pavilion surrounded by coconut palms, blending contemporary wellness approaches with the ancient wisdom of Ayurvedic healing, younger guests can enjoy a full programme of activities at the Park Players Kids’ Club. From coconut-leaf weaving and shell craft to paper origami to island tours for older children, there is plenty to keep every young explorer busy.
A Feast for the Senses
Twelve bars and restaurants across the resort make dining at Villa Park a delight for all the senses, with as much to savour in the settings as on the plate. From international and Maldivian cuisine at Maaniya and fragrant Thai flavours at SunStar to live teppanyaki theatre on the beach with sand underfoot, there is something to suit every group and guest.
A standout experience is ZERO, the resort’s treetop restaurant elevated in the jungle canopy. Its zero-food-miles menu is harvested from the island’s organic gardens, making farm-to-fork dining a truly immersive experience.
Paradise, Made Easy
Getting to Villa Park is simple: guests can take a 17-minute domestic flight from Velana International Airport, followed by a 10-minute speedboat ride, or fly direct by seaplane in 35 minutes with Villa Air, whose aircraft have some of the widest panoramic windows in the Maldives.
Guests who book a Two-Bedroom Beach Pool Villa will receive a complimentary upgrade to the Two-Bedroom Beach Pool Residence for stays until 26 December 2026.
The residences start from USD 3000 per night for a family of four including dine around. For more information or to book, visit villaresorts.com/villa-park.
