Adagio Boulogne-Billancourt aparthotel
101-apartment Adagio Aparthotel to be developed in Boulogne-Billancourt
Adagio Aparthotel was born in 2007 from a joint venture between Accor and Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs and is now a leader in the European's extended stay market. The brand offers equipped apartments and several additional services to its guests, such as breakfast, Wi-Fi and on-demand housekeeping.

Since then, the brand has been developing its variety of products working on three ranges of aparthotels: economic segment 3*-comfort Adagio Access aparthotels, contemporary 4*-comfort Adagio aparthotels and upscale Adagio Premium aparthotels.
Henceforth, Adagio's aim is to operate a network of 200 aparthotels worldwide in 2024; and it certainly gets closer to its goal with the announced opening of the Adagio Boulogne-Billancourt aparthotel.
This 4* holiday residence will be implemented in Boulogne-Billancourt's growing Trapèze district, near the Billancourt metro station (line 9) and the future Pont de Sèvres metro station (line 15). Following the building's rehabilitation by First Avenue, it will operate under a management agreement between Adagio and KERMEN 768. The opening date is announced at the end of 2022.
This Adagio aparthotel will offer its guests 101 equipped apartments, along with a fitness centre, 34 undergorund parking spaces, outdoor spaces and an indoor common area exploring Adagio's "Le Cercle" concept. This concept aims at puting the interpersonal guest experience to the forefront, thanks to common spaces designed to offer a certain balance between intimacy and togetherness to long-term guests. These spaces boast coworking areas, a library and object collection to enable everyone to create their own personal working space, an open and less formal reception, and a shared kitchen. The first "Cercle" was opened in the Adagio Paris Bercy Village aparthotel.
