Spain's leading hotel group, Meliá Hotels International, is entering the Benelux market with the opening of an hotel in the Netherlands.

The world's 20th largest hotel group is expanding into the Netherlands through its Innside brand. The Innside Amsterdam hotel has opened its doors. It is located in the Zuidas district, which is the city's financial and technological district, next to many Dutch and international companies. It is close to the World Trade Center Amsterdam, which consists of more than 120,000 square meters of office space.

The Innside Amsterdam counts 328 rooms. The design is based on contemporary themes, and the construction was designed with sustainability in mind, an essential pillar for hoteliers today. The hotel has a classic bar, a skybar and two restaurants, one of which is on the 19th floor. The property also offers a bicycle rental service. The hotel has two meeting rooms and access to a larger room. It has set a partnership with nearby co-working spaces.

The city of Amsterdam has no less than 500 kilometers of bicycle paths and is world-renowned for being very accessible to cyclists. The hotel is also located near a metro station, which allows you to get to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol in 10 minutes, or to the city center in 15 minutes.

The hotel is located in a tower. It is part of a larger project, which involves the redevelopment of two 40-year-old office towers by the architect KCAP. The Innside Amsterdam occupies the West Tower, while the other tower is occupied by offices. A garden is separating them.
