With just over forty rooms, The Juliana Hotel Brussels is a new five-star private residence in Brussels. This noble house has signed residence on the cobblestones of the Place des Martyrs*, a central symbol of national heritage identity. It honours its heritage with its elegance and listed façade, fully renovated in the recent months.

This listed 'demeure', which once housed apartments and some private residences, was redesigned to offer large common areas in the basement and ground floor, and spacious and personalised rooms on the three floors of the building. The Juliana Hotel Brussels is characterised through its talented decoration, designed by the Italian designer, Eugenio Manzoni. Between neo-classical art, contemporary colours, exclusive wallpapers, and mosaic works. Everything comes in refinement and eclecticism. Each space of the hotel is adorned with one-of-a-kind sculptures, paintings or ornaments from the private collection of the owner, Eric Cléton. The classical trend of the last century is revealed by fine inspirations of Hermès, Michelangelo, Versace, Le Corbusier, Starck.

Spacious, cosy, or mansarded, each apartment has its own dimensions, a specificity of this demeure of 43 rooms and suites. The apartments occupy the three floors of the hotel accessed through the hushed corridors, adorned with Hermès motifs wallpapers. Bedrooms are divided into six categories from 20 to 150m2, between charm and prestige, high ceiling or mansarded rooms. Each room is personalized by its cut, color, dimmed lights, artworks, fine mattresses and duvets of high quality. They also feature large screens, a SuitePad® 'digital concierge' and a view of the Martyrs' Square or of the vertical courtyard of the Juliana.

In the bright and spacious marble or mosaic bathrooms, the choice has been made for refined bath linnen and care amenities, selected at Molton Brown.

The Juliana Hotel Brussels offers 7 Superior rooms of 20 to 25 m2; 26, Premium rooms of 20 to 33 m2; 4 Prestige rooms of 36 to 38 m2; 4 Junior Suites from 40 to 46 m2; 1 Signature suite of 52 m2 and the Juliana Suite, ranging from 94 to150 m2, depending on the configuration.

The Juliana restaurant can welcome 80 guests indoors and on its terrace, set on the Martyrs' Square. A gastronomic concept with refined brasserie cuisine, whose Lady chef is Rosa Caldarola. The Franco-Belgian menu will highlight a curated selection of exclusive or seasonal products. Aiming for Belgium excellence, it will care for gourmet and healthy dishes, and any demand for vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free cuisine.

In the morning, a "Belgitude" breakfast is served to the residents. In the restaurant, guests appreciate the impressive decoration of the ceiling or of its buffet area, adorned with a giant mechanical wall clock; a work of art made to measure for the Juliana Hotel Brussels. The lounges, the bar and the terraces less formal than the restaurant, welcome light cuisine, 'afternoon tea' or aperitif.

The bar marks guests for its atmosphere, as it houses a sculpture of Theseus and the Minotaur, from Emanuele Luzzati, originally created for the cruise liner Stella Océanis. This famous artwork is brought to light by the orientalist walls and ceiling, dressed in orange-gold and copper bronze, produced in Florence, Italy. Leaving the lobby, the staircase up to the floors deserves a glance, to admire magnificent Belgian blue stone, accompanied by a rare and refined mosaic, themed on Michelangelo and Cleopatra, and a wrought iron railing inspired by '30s' of Tony Duquette.

For well-being, the swimming pool and its complementary sports facilities are located in the beautiful basement and reserved for residents. There is a cardio fitness room, a sauna and a steam room. The decoration of the wellness lounge is iconic for its semi- precious Brazilian blue marble in the landing area or the 'oversize' Medusa around the pool. A decor of Murano glass mosaic murals inspired by Le Corbusier surround the relaxation area around the pool.

Many attentive hotel services are offered to residents. Valet parking, a concierge menu, including many discovery activities and visits, reservations for happenings, shows, dinners or unusual meeting locations. Supervised by a management team stemming from the luxury hotel industry, each employee, proud of its Juliana uniform, brings a personal touch to refine the attention of the service.
