The Standard, Ibiza Is Now Open For Reservations

The Standard, Ibiza, the White Isle's most anticipated opening and the newest addition to The Standard's growing portfolio is officially taking reservations ahead of its April 2022 launch.

Fronting the island's main plaza, Vara de Rey, in the heart of Ibiza's Old Town and a stone's throw away from the marina, The Standard will be a year-round adult playground. Formentera is just a short, 20-minute ferry trip away for a leisurely lunch, cocktails, and late afternoon swim.

Embracing what The Standard loves about the island's bohemian history, the hotel is set in a stark-white building that forms the backdrop for a bright, eclectic décor and lush landscaping throughout the property. The hotel was conceived by acclaimed Spanish creator Lázaro Rosa-Violán, with interiors designed by Oskar Kohnen in collaboration with The Standard's in-house design team. The design celebrates the resurgence of the energy that originally attracted so many to Ibiza and the rejuvenation of Flower Power with a chic new 60's vibe that only The Standard can create, but all can enjoy, simple, yet immersive.

The hotel's 67 rooms and suites as well as its restaurants will be open year-round. The street-level restaurant which spills out on to Vara de Ray serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It embraces local ingredients throughout its menu and will transform after hours to an intimate nightlife experience - an alternative to the busy club scene that Ibiza has become known for. The hotel's rooftop bar will feature a 49 ft swimming pool and panoramic views of the island. Nothing short of the celebrated rooftop destinations The Standard has made famous in LA, New York and London. After all, it is The Standard…in Ibiza, and we won't sleep early. The restaurant and rooftop will stay open until the wee hours and dancing on tables is a definite possibility.

The hotel will also have a separate building, Casa Privada, that will be available for groups of friends. Equipped with its own private pool, bar, gym, lounge and 14 guestrooms, Casa Privada is a one-of-a-kind hideaway in Ibiza. It is located just a block away from the hotel with all the amenities of the hotels, but the privacy of a villa, including two Terrace Suites with their own outdoor terraces and tubs.
