Pacifica Hotels and New Ownership Group Begin Rebrand for Hotel Indigo Santa Barbara
Pacifica Hotels, the largest owner and operator of independent, design-inspired hotels on the Pacific Coast, is refreshing the Hotel Indigo Santa Barbara property in collaboration with new ownership starting with a name change. The hotel was recently purchased by the same hotelier family who owns the historic Culver Hotel in Los Angeles and will be rebranded as an independent lifestyle hotel under the new name "The Riviera Beach House".

The Riviera Beach House is situated in an eclectic and walkable Santa Barbara neighborhood located right on State Street in the center of the lively Funk Zone, just two blocks from the beach and pier. Guests are warmly welcomed with generous hotel amenities, delicious on-site dining, and rotating art exhibits throughout the hotel. The Riviera Beach house is based in one of California's dreamiest coastal towns, known for its beautiful beaches, outdoor adventure, fascinating arts and culture, incredible food and wine, and breathtaking sunsets.
More details on the hotel renovation will be announced at a later date, but guests can look forward to a beach inspired design along with a variety of personalized experiences and curated programming that will elevate their hotel stay.
