Together, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts' Luxury & Lifestyle Collection, and Staybridge Suites, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts' Suites Collection, today announced plans for two hotels in St. Louis, Missouri. The hotels will open in early 2025 as part of a new-build Downtown West development located at the corner of Market Street and Jefferson Street, a key location for connecting Midtown and Downtown.

Each owned and operated by a joint venture between Midas and Green Street Real Estate Ventures, the new Kimpton in St. Louis will stand seven floors tall and feature 170 guest rooms, inclusive of 10 suites, and the adjacent Staybridge Suites will house 129 suites across its six floors. While both hotels will be located side-by-side, the buildings and the guest experiences will be entirely different with each appealing to its own audience yet both providing easy access to some of the best cultural and recreational destinations in St. Louis, such as its soon-to-open new Major League Soccer stadium, the Gateway Arch and Capitol Building.

At the Kimpton, locals and visitors alike will seek out the unique and delicious restaurant and bar experiences the brand is known for; here, guests will enjoy three unique restaurants and bars, including a main-level restaurant, lobby lounge and rooftop bar. The boutique hotel will also offer over 6,600 square feet of meeting space for corporate and social events. As is true with all Kimptons, the hotel will feature beloved perks such as morning coffee and tea service, evening social hour, "Forgot It? We've Got it!" amenity program, 24-hour fitness center, in-room yoga mats, complimentary bicycle rentals and a no-fee pet policy.

Located alongside the Kimpton, the new Staybridge Suites marks the extended stay brand's entry into the bustling St. Louis downtown district. The hotel's spacious suites, welcoming lobby and public areas include a host of convenient amenities that provide multi-night guests with the comforts of home, including a full kitchen, ample storage options, and complimentary hot breakfast, 24-hour fitness and laundry facilities. Business travelers can catch up on the day's work in their in-suite workspace or host virtual or on-site meetings in the hotel's 400 square-foot boardroom. Additionally, the new Staybridge Suites will promote engagement among its guests through a dedicated outdoor space complete with a communal fire pit and The Social series of weekly evening events.

St. Louis's Downtown West neighborhood, which the new Kimpton and Staybridge Suites will soon call home, is ideally situated within the city to offer corporate guests access to many of the city's financial services, high-tech, healthcare and energy companies and its Americas Center Convention Complex. In addition to appealing to the city's business travelers, the Kimpton and Staybridge properties will offer leisure guests a launch pad to explore the city's many tourism and cultural attractions, including baseball games at Busch Stadium, a stroll in Forest Park and concerts at Stifel Theatre.
