Situated just north of Bristol, De Vere Tortworth Court, part of De Vere's collection of country estate hotels, has today unveiled the results of a refurbishment of 37 of its bedrooms, situated around the hotel's historic Courtyard.

The newly upgraded bedrooms are part of a bigger, multi-million-pound investment into De Vere Tortworth Court and the wider De Vere portfolio. Guests will now have access to four new accessible rooms, eight courtyard suites and 25 deluxe courtyard rooms.

The bedrooms, which effortlessly combine original Victorian features with 21st century style and comfort, blend a heritage colour palette of muted greens, taupe, and cream with chic tan accents. The Courtyard rooms are complete with luxurious facilities including walk-in showers, roll-top baths, fluffy robes and slippers, classic Roberts radios and high-quality toiletries.

Guests staying at De Vere Tortworth Court can explore one of Britain's finest arboretums, located within the hotel grounds and created by the 3rd Earl of Ducie in 1853. The arboretum is home to more than 300 plant and tree specimens set within the estate's 30 acres of Gloucestershire parkland, which also features specially commissioned sculptures by artist Emma Stothard, including a parliament of hares positioned as the centrepiece of the formal garden. The hotel offers audio tours of the gardens and arboretum as well as the history of the estate, available here.

Guests can also unwind in De Vere Tortworth Court's Leaf Spa which offers a sanctuary for pampering and relaxation. Leaf Spa offers JustBe Botanicals treatments and products designed to restore guests' emotional balance and enhance a sense of wellbeing. In the evening, relax in the 1853 Restaurant & Bar which serves a selection of seasonal dishes and offers an extensive wine list.

De Vere Tortworth Court is located in the Southern Cotswolds, close to Bristol, Cardiff and Oxford and easily accessible from the M5 and M4.
