Construction Underway on AC Hotel Naples in Southwest Florida
Construction is underway on the AC Hotel by Marriott Naples in Southwest Florida.
AC Hotel Naples is the hospitality component of Naples Square, a mixed-use development master-planned by Wheelock Street Capital and The Ronto Group. Once fully complete, Naples Square will include nearly 300 luxury condominium units, multiple restaurants and a 350-seat performing arts complex in addition to the new 150-room hotel.
South Carolina-based OTO Development, part of The Johnson Group, is developing and will manage AC Hotel Naples. Project partners include MHK Architecture & Planning, architect; DLR Group, interior designer; and DeAngelis Diamond, general contractor.
The three-story AC Hotel Naples will include a ground floor café and lobby, 2,500 square feet of divisible meeting space, a rooftop pool, and Limón, a destination rooftop restaurant and bar with indoor and outdoor seating.
AC Hotel Naples is perfectly positioned at the intersection of Goodlette-Frank Road and 5th Avenue South, which doubles as downtown Naples' unofficial Main Street. It's across the street from the well-known waterfront retail, restaurant and recreation venues Tin City and Bayfront, and it's a short distance to Naples beaches and Baker Park.
AC Hotel by Marriott Naples is slated for completion in Fall 2023.
