Warren Street Hotel, Tribeca

Tim and Kit are known for breathing new life into empty spaces and transforming unloved properties into world-renowned successful, luxury hotels. As with Crosby Street Hotel in New York, the Warren Street Hotel site was previously a car park and has been built from the ground up. The hotel is a celebration of contemporary art and design with interiors by Kit Kemp Design Studio. Kit is acclaimed for her individual and unique way of arranging spaces with a colourful and carefree spirit.

At the heart of Lower Manhattan, Tribeca is in close proximity to the Financial District, the bustle of Soho, Little Italy and Chinatown. The neighbourhood is characterised by cobblestone streets, art galleries, independent boutiques and restaurants. The area offers an abundance of activities just moments from the hotel including, Brookfield Place for shopping and lunch on the water, The Oculus, One World Trade Observatory and the new Performing Arts Theatre, which is due to open in September 2023.

The hotel will feature 57 individually designed bedrooms and suites along with 12 exclusive residences over 11 floors, each with floor to ceiling windows, some with a private terrace and spectacular skyscraper views including One World Trade Center and the Hudson River. There is also an inviting drawing room, light and airy Orangery and the 150-seat Warren Bar and Restaurant open all day to locals and hotel guests alike for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, cocktails and dinner.
