Continuing the brand's international expansion, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Deventer brings the first aparthotel facility to the area.
IHG and Cycas Hospitality have celebrated the opening of the first Holiday Inn Express & Suites concept in The Netherlands, the 99-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites Deventer.
Operated by Cycas Hospitality, as part of a lease agreement with Bruil Bouw, the new-build property pairs 83 Holiday Inn Express guest rooms with 16 fully equipped suites, allowing the hotel to cater for both shorter and longer stay guests. Alongside the hotel facilities guests can expect from the Holiday Inn Express brand such as the complimentary Express Start breakfast, extensive car parking and Grab & Go Pantry, suites include a kitchenette, living space and work area.

The property is located on the outskirts of Deventer along the A1 motorway, the main connection between the The Netherlands and Germany. With proximity to bus line 6 and 7 minutes from the main train station in Deventer with onward rail connections across Europe, the hotel is easily accessible.
