Aimbridge Hospitality is proud to reveal the concept for the second resort that will open at Frenchman's Reef as part of an extensive $425 million rebuild project on the property. Named Morningstar Buoy Haus Beach Resort, an Autograph Collection Hotel, the brand-new resort will offer a pure island escape for inspired seekers, immersing guests in modern comfort and the relaxing rhythm of life on the beach. Managed by Aimbridge Hospitality, Buoy Haus is slated to debut in spring 2023.

Steps from the white sand beach and turquoise waters of Frenchman's Reef, Buoy Haus will present a beachfront oasis and open-air paradise featuring cutting-edge design by architects Kollin Altomare and The Johnson Studio, as well as striking culinary and public spaces concepted by Sixteenfifty Creative Intelligence. Ideal for couples and guests seeking more seclusion and privacy, the resort's 94 guestrooms, including two suites, will present a mix of beachfront and oceanside accommodations, while a breezy beachfront lobby will serve as a vibrant space to meet up, mix, and mingle against stunning views of the surrounding island landscapes.

The resort will showcase an inspired array of fabulous food and drink, sun, fun, and stimulating social spaces including the Sandbar for ice-cold cocktails and Salt Shack Beach Bar & Grill, which will act as the ultimate beach club retreat serving tasty small bites and refreshing beverages. Guests are also invited to lounge at the exclusive Tide Pool Cabanas & Bar, the resort's infinity-edge oceanfront pool featuring private cabanas, poolside service, and a swim-up bar with in-water seating.

Additionally, Buoy Haus will provide an unmatched beach experience. With signature beach butlers, handcrafted cocktails, and island-inspired bites, the intimate resort is the perfect destination to relax under the Caribbean sun.

Buoy Haus will also offer 13,000 square feet of meeting and event space for intimate group functions. Guests will also have full access to the exciting amenities that will be offered at The Westin Beach Resort & Spa, at Frenchman's Reef—slated to open spring 2023 as well—including an expansive pool deck featuring a pool bar and cabanas, a range of destination-inspired restaurants and lounges, Heavenly Spa by Westin™ with 12 treatment rooms, WestinWORKOUT® health club, private dock to access a multitude of secluded islands, private adventure beach with abundant programming for all ages, retail shopping outlets, and 72,000 square feet of additional meeting and event space.

The two resorts will be connected via a shared stretch of Morningstar Beach, where guests will discover additional social and event spaces, such as Palm Court, with year-round programming for all ages. Frenchman's Reef will also provide guests access to the on-site private catamaran, the Flying Frenchman, with a capacity of up to 125 persons for daytime snorkel trips and evening sunset sails.
