Cycas-Managed Hyatt Place Rouen Opening Late 2023

Complementing further Cycas Hospitality developments in the region, is the forthcoming opening of Hyatt Place Rouen, the first Hyatt hotel within the Normandy region. Scheduled to open late 2023, Hyatt Place Rouen will offer 78 guestrooms, meeting spaces for approximately 100 guests and a state-of-the-art gym and swimming pool. The property will be developed from a former 19th century school building, located near the railway station and the old city centre.

Reflecting the strong momentum in the select service category across Europe, Hyatt Place Rouen is the second Hyatt Place hotel in France operated by Cycas Hospitality and the first under a hotel management agreement. This opening strengthens Cycas' portfolio of Hyatt properties, including the dual-branded Hyatt Place & Hyatt House properties at Paris Charles de Gaulle airport and the 280-room Hyatt Place London City East.
