The property is conveniently located in the heart of the city and will feature sweeping views of North Carolina's iconic Blue Ridge Mountains.

Winter Construction is the contractor for the project. Upon completion, the new hotel will feature guest suites designed to provide the comforts of home, with separate bedroom and living areas and ample space for guests to enjoy. Additional in-room amenities will include two high-definition televisions, a wet bar, a microwave and a mini-fridge. Guests will also enjoy daily complimentary breakfast and the nightly Embassy Suites evening reception with complimentary snacks and beverages. The property also brings nearly 7,000 square feet of new event space to the downtown market, making it a premier destination for weddings, events and meetings.

The project will also welcome two restaurants to the destination's thriving culinary scene: E'Terie, a full-service bar and casual dining concept will be located at the lobby level, and feature floor-to-ceiling windows; Soprana, located on the rooftop, will offer panoramic mountain views with a locally sourced menu of Italian cuisine, brick oven pizza and a robust selection of local craft beer.
