TRIBE Table is a traditional cuisine with a modern twist. Fresh and seasonal ingredients meet an Italian-Mediterranean menu of gourmet dishes. Great value is placed on lean workflows and the most positive ecological balance possible. From Monday to Saturday, a fine selection of dishes can be enjoyed in the panoramic restaurant from 7 pm. The menu highlights the best regional produce, always with an Italian touch, such as Aveyron veal à la Bocconcini, Tartare or Insalata di Mare - a delicious salad of octopus, cuttlefish, mussels, cockles, penne and vegetables. Typical South-Western dishes have not been left out and foodies can enjoy a deconstructed Cassoulet (a typical French stew) reinvented by the Chef.

In addition, TRIBE Table now also offers an Italian brunch on Sunday lunchtime - the ideal opportunity for locals and travellers to sit down together and start the weekend once again with pleasure.
Guests can also look forward to one of the low-alcohol cocktails created by renowned mixologist Matthias Giroud or try the signature cocktails specially created by TRIBE Carcassonne's bartender. In warmer weather, the refreshing drinks can be enjoyed at sunset on the rooftop terrace overlooking the medieval city. In winter, the fireplace tempts to linger. The bar also stocks a wide selection of local beers and wines showcasing small producers from the area.

Not forgetting the heated indoor swimming pool, which provides even more relaxation and also offers a breath-taking panoramic view of the town wall.
A versatile and cosmopolitan space found in all TRIBE hotels is the Social Hub. It consists of a café open daily until 6 pm, which is also equipped as a coworking area - a comfortable solution for all digital work nomads. Nearby roasted and freshly ground coffee, homemade pastries, paninis, pizzas and Italian-style sandwiches are available at the Grab & Go throughout the day and can be enjoyed on site or taken away.
Three modular meeting rooms (120 square metres) are available for companies wishing to hold their events at TRIBE Carcassonne.
