Palladium Hotel Group to Manage luxury lifestyle hotel in Venice, Italy
The historic Hotel Bonvecchiati, located less than 200m from Piazza San Marco in the heart of Venice, is set to become a new lifestyle hotel following extensive renovation. Christie & Co identified Palladium Hotel Group in the course of an extensive operator search, which will operate it in future as "Only YOU Bonvecchiati Venice".

The iconic hotel, parts of which date back to 1790 as Palazzo Bonvecciati, is located in the heart of San Marco, just a stone's throw from Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. The existing hotel is currently being extensively renovated by the owners' association, consisting of "ECE Projektmanagement", "Soravia Group" and "denkmalneu", and is scheduled to reopen in 2025 as an upscale lifestyle hotel, a segment that has hardly been represented in Venice to date. For this project, Christie & Co was able to identify the renowned Spanish operator "Palladium Hotel Group", which is an experienced partner in this segment with numerous internationally renowned hotel icons (including Ushuaia Hotel Ibiza, Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza). This operator has offered ideal solutions for the use of the hotel under the brand "Only YOU", but also extensive experience for the optimal use of the unique F&B outlets directly on Calle Goldoni, which is frequented daily by thousands of visitors. After the renovation work, the hotel is scheduled to reopen in 2025 with 168 guest rooms. It is the ambition of all involved to establish the hotel as a leading upper-upscale lifestyle hotel and to refresh the hotel market, which is otherwise characterised by classic grand hotels and historic chic, with new concepts.
