Ocean House Scheveningen officially opens its doors this spring after a successful soft opening. The spacious and fully equipped apartments, studios, and superior suite are warm and bright, making them the perfect base for a (long) weekend in Scheveningen. Yes, even in autumn and winter!

Ocean House Scheveningen is a colorful collection of luxury apartments, studios, and a superior suite with the ambiance and service of a hotel. Located on Keizerstraat, just a two-minute walk from the beach and surrounded by charming shops and restaurants, it's the perfect place for families, friends, and couples looking to visit the seaside for a weekend, midweek, or week of sun, sea, and relaxation.

Beach picnic baskets
Ocean House Scheveningen offers thirty apartments and studios for two to five people, including a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities. The superior suite doesn't have a kitchen but features a well-stocked minibar. They are all spacious, with surprising nooks, lofts, and stairs. The beds are neatly made with clean linens, the dining tables are ready for hours of drawing fun, and the refrigerator is nicely chilled for bottles of wine, rich salads, and juice boxes. Oh, and dogs are more than welcome too; there are even feeding bowls and baskets available for the furry friends. While there are several nice restaurants to be found on Keizerstraat and the boulevard, the kitchens at Ocean House Scheveningen are also well-equipped for cooking delicious meals, from breakfast to dinner and late-night snacks. Of course, it's best to take everything to the beach, which is why Ocean House offers luxury picnic baskets for a delightful seaside lunch or bubbles at sunset. If you want fresh bread and croissants every morning, you can request this when making a reservation. Ocean House Scheveningen collaborates with the local bakery on the street, which retrieves the orders fresh from the oven each morning and hangs them on the door.

Past and present come together
Ocean House Scheveningen is located in a historic Neo-Renaissance building from 1899. The building was originally constructed as a "cost-free" school for primary education, also known as a charity school because parents didn't have to pay tuition fees. The accommodations at Ocean House Scheveningen are spread across three floors and designed by Studio Hank. The designers have transformed the hotel into a warm and modern home base, decorated with attention to design and quality. Historical details, such as wooden ceiling beams, tall windows, and wall tiles in the corridors, have been preserved to give both the past and the present a place.

Ocean House Scheveningen offers a limited number of parking spaces for guests in a nearby parking garage but is also easily accessible by public transportation.
