Barceló unveils 5-star hotel in Malta

The Barceló hotel group is opening its first hotel in Malta, the Barceló Fortina Malta. Managed by the chain, this 183-room establishment has undergone major renovations and has been upgraded to 5-star status.

Located on the Sliema waterfront, the Barceló Fortina Malta features contemporary architecture and breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the walled city of Valletta, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1980.

The hotel features a wellness centre with a fitness room and heated indoor swimming pool, 2 restaurants and a lounge bar. There are also four meeting rooms for up to 250 people.
