voco hotels, IHG's fastest-growing premium hotel brand with over 100 properties signed and opened globally, will mark the Group's return to the Swedish market. voco hotels offers a premium experience to guests and combines the informality and charm of an individual hotel with the quality and reassurance of a global and respected brand. The announcement follows a number of signings and openings for voco hotels across Europe in the first nine months of 2023, which saw it reach nearly 40* open and signed properties in markets including France, Spain, the UK&I, Austria, Portugal, and Belgium.

voco Stockholm Kista will be strategically located in the northern region of Stockholm, in Kista, dubbed as Sweden's Silicon Valley - home to the largest Information and Communications Technology (ICT) cluster in Europe. The hotel will be situated adjacent to the Nordic Forum - one of Kista's largest office redevelopments as well as telecoms company Ericssons Global Headquarters - making voco Stockholm Kista, with its five personalised meeting and events space options, the ideal location for business travellers.

The 201-room property will be complete in late 2024, with a restaurant and lobby bar where guests can come together to recharge, connect, work or celebrate. voco Stockholm Kista will also have a well-equipped fitness room and a tranquil rooftop spa with an indoor swimming pool, as well as a stunning rooftop garden, providing guests with exceptional views of northern Stockholm to help them unwind and relax.
