Located within the premises of SRM University at Potheri. Potheri is a rapidly-growing locality in the South suburbs of the Metropolitan city Chennai. The population of Potheri is primarily composed of students from the educational institutions located in Potheri. The nearest airport is Chennai International Airport, which is 24 km from the hotel. Chennai - Theni Highway passes through this area further connecting Potheri to other parts of the country.
The hotel will be positioned as a midscale hotel and will have 170 rooms, All Day Dining, Specialty Restaurant, Bar Lounge, Swimming Pool, and a Gym. The hotel will also offer multiple meeting and event spaces including banquets and a business centre.
Ramada by Wyndham Chennai, Potheri is expected to open by March 2024 and will provide more than 250 jobs in Chennai.
