Grace Bay Resorts Plans for May 2024 of South Bank, Turks and Caicos 

Grace Bay Resorts' newest luxury residential resort and marina, South Bank, features several waterfront neighborhoods along 31 acres of quiet shoreline in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. Developed by Windward, the distinctive waterfront properties include The Launch, a collection of contemporary boathouses with dedicated docks; The Lagoon and Ocean Estate, comprising spacious standalone homes that capture the essence of beach and oceanfront living; Boat Houses, which are strategically positioned along the marina waterfront; and Arc, a six-story residential building that encompasses Sky Villas designed by world-renowned Italian architect and designer Piero Lissoni.
