Bob W, the tech-powered hospitality operator, has today announced the launch of its fourth property in Tallinn, strengthening its presence in the Estonian capital while supporting the city's strategy to attract more international workers.Bob W Kesklinn sits in a nine-storey building, spanning over 32,000 sq ft, located in the heart of the Arter Quarter — one of the most modern, integrated and sustainable developments in Estonia.Positioned in a prime position for connectivity with excellent transport links, the aparthotel will provide employees of global companies with tech-led, sustainable short- and long-stay apartments, each incorporating the quality and service of a lifestyle hotel with the comforts of a real home. This is Bob W's fourth aparthotel in Tallinn and sixth property in Estonia, marking a significant growth across the country within the last five years.

In addition to the nine-story building operated by Bob W, the Arter Quarter will also feature 312,000 sq ft of office space and over 64,500 sq ft of catering and service space across two more 28- and 15-story buildings respectively. Developer Kapital achieved BREEAM Excellent rating for each building of the entire Quarter. Sustainability features of this near-zero energy project include the use of energy piles which cool the buildings during hotter weather and heat them during colder seasons. Buildings in the Arter Quarter are also connected to a district heating cooling network, a far less energy-intensive means than using gas boilers and air conditioning. An average night at Bob W Kesklinn - which features an assortment of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments - emits between 24.53kg and 90.19kg CO2, all totally offset by Bob W for a carbon neutral stay. The new aparthotel incorporates Bob W's bespoke contactless technology, offering an enhanced digital front desk and app for easy self-service check-in and check-out, supported by 24/7 remote customer service. Bob W guests will also have access to a range of high-quality amenities across the Arter Quarter, including meeting rooms, co-creative areas, a library, courtyards, cafés and eateries and a 5,300 sq ft rooftop garden on top of the 15-storey building. Other facilities include a sports club with a swimming pool, relaxation pools, saunas and an outdoor terrace, health and beauty services and childcare. The launch of this new property marks a major milestone for Bob W's continued global expansion and comes after the opening of a new property in London last month. Bob W stands at the forefront of tech-enabled travel and sustainable hospitality practices, offering a sustainable and authentic local experience that sets the company apart as an industry pioneer.
