Pendry Hotels & Resorts today announced the development of Pendry Mexico City and Pendry Residences Mexico City, opening in 2026. Slated to debut in the Roma Norte District, one of Mexico City's most desirable neighborhoods, Pendry Mexico City broke ground earlier this year and will be a joint venture between Grupo TGT, Grupo MRP and Central de Arquitectura.

Designed in partnership with local architects, Central de Arquitectura and IZ Arquitectos, with interiors by AVROKO, Pendry Mexico City will feature 114 guestrooms and suites and 20 Pendry Residences. The hotel will be home to multiple food and beverage concepts; a rooftop pool and sundeck; Spa Pendry and fitness center, and indoor-outdoor meeting and event spaces. The hotel and residences will be centrally located on the corners of Calle de Durango and Calle de Salamanca in the heart of the Roma Norte District, boasting some of the most exclusive restaurants and nightlife in the city.

Pendry Residences Mexico City will offer fully serviced living featuring only 20 one- to three-bedroom apartments boasting contemporary finishes and expansive living spaces. Pendry Residences Mexico City homeowners will have exclusive access to all the amenities and services of the hotel along with resident-only experiences. In addition, a dedicated residential staff will be committed to personalizing the needs of each owner, whether in residence or from afar. Luxury turn-key ownership includes property management, an optional Pendry rental program and customized services.
