Hotel Equities (HE) and Beechwood Pinnacle announced the opening of the AC Hotel Kansas City Downtown. Located in the historic Rialto Building at 906 Grand Boulevard, the highly anticipated hotel brings a blend of sophistication, luxury, and rich history to the heart of downtown Kansas City. The 239-guest room hotel is co-owned and developed by Beechwood Pinnacle and Hotel Equities serves as the operator. The hotel's general contractor, VCC, and architect, Campo Architects, are co-owners in the hotel.
The AC Hotel Kansas City Downtown offers 239 elegantly appointed guest rooms and suites. The hotel's design-driven lobby showcases custom artwork, rich textures, and timeless finishes that honor the building's historic architectural charm while providing a welcoming space for today's guests. Visitors can savor a European-style breakfast or tapas at the AC Kitchen, enjoy Spanish wines and craft cocktails at the AC Lounge, or indulge in craft coffee at the AC Café, which features a signature blend by local roaster The Roasterie, paying homage to the hotel's home in the iconic Rialto Building.
