Tristar-Managed 136-Key Holiday Inn Express & Suites Planned for Vienna Neustadt

The PKF hospitality group has found a hotel operator in tristar Austria GmbH for the development project of the ÖFV Group in Wiener Neustadt. A Holiday Inn Express & Suites will be built on the corner of Wienerstraße-Werkstraße / Doktor-Alexander-Schärf-Straße. For this new property, tristar has signed a franchise agreement with IHG Hotels & Resorts.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites will have 136 keys including 32 suites, conference areas and F&B outlets. The opening is planned for 2026.

With around 47,900 inhabitants, Wiener Neustadt is the second largest city in Lower Austria after the regional capital St. Pölten and is located about 50 kilometers south of Vienna. It is the administrative seat of the Wiener Neustadt-Land district.
