Accor to open new Mercure hotel in Armenia’s most popular resort town

Accor, a world leading hospitality group, today announces the signing of an agreement with WinInvest LLC to open a new Mercure hotel in Armenia. Located in Tsaghkadzor, Armenia's most popular ski and resort town, the 4-star Mercure Tsaghkadzor is expected to open in early 2027 and will embody the brand's "Locally inspired" philosophy with elegant interiors inspired by the history and cultural heritage of Armenia.

The new hotel will offer 69 modern and comfortable rooms, including 4 villas. Mercure Tsaghkadzor will feature a wide range of amenities such as a modern spa and wellness area, swimming pool, sauna and hammam, as well three restaurants and a kids' area. In addition, several conference rooms will be available at the hotel for corporate and private events.
