The recent announcement of two projects in the Dominican Republic is now complemented by an additional hotel in Costa del Este, Argentina. The hotel, a 4-star currently under construction, will feature 88 rooms and 60 residences by the sea. Alliance with the Almarena Group

The upcoming INNSiDE La Reserva Costa del Este marks Meliá's third collaboration with the Almarena Group in Argentina, following the recent agreement for two hotels in Buenos Aires. This partnership further strengthens the alliance between the two companies and underscores the confidence placed in Meliá Hotels International, as well as the robustness of its brands to manage successful hotel projects within the region.

With this new project, Meliá expands its portfolio in Argentina to five hotels, including three located in Buenos Aires and one in Iguazú. Notably, the Gran Meliá Iguazú has been distinguished this year as the Best Hotel in Argentina at the World Travel Awards, underscoring the high standards of excellence and quality maintained by the hotel chain.​
