Positioned as an upper midscale resort, the resort will feature 52 rooms, an all-day dining area, a specialty restaurant, a bar lounge, a swimming pool, a kids' play area, and a gym. It will also provide several meeting and event spaces, including banquet facilities and a business center.

Ramada Resort by Wyndham Idukki Thekkady is slated to open by the end of 2026.
