NH Hotels & Resorts to open new property in Copenhagen

Minor Hotels has announced the debut of its NH Hotels & Resorts brand in Copenhagen. The new hotel will be added to the portfolio on April 10th, 2025, expanding the presence of the NH brand in Denmark. This addition complements the group's existing NH Collection Copenhagen, further solidifying its position in the city.

The new NH Hotels & Resorts property is located in the Vesterbro district, while the building, constructed in 1892, has been recently renovated to offer contemporary amenities while retaining its historical charm.

Hotel features and amenities

The hotel will feature 162 rooms, providing a variety of services for both business and leisure travelers. On-site amenities will include a restaurant, two bars, and a rooftop bar offering panoramic views of the city. The hotel will also provide wellness facilities such as a gym, yoga studio, and an interior courtyard with a glass terrace. For business travelers, the hotel will include event rooms, catering to corporate meetings and events.

Ownership and Development

The property will be owned by CapMan, a private asset management company based in the Nordic region. The renovation and expansion of NH Hotels & Resorts reflect the ongoing development of Minor Hotels in key global markets.
