OS Hotel Now Open in Historic Downtown Ocean Springs

OS Hotel, the signature boutique hotel within the vibrant os1515 Downtown development in Ocean Springs, Mississippi, is now open and welcoming guests following its soft opening on Friday, May 9. This artful, design-forward property blends modern luxury with local charm, offering 32 thoughtfully appointed rooms and immediate access to the restaurants, shops, and gathering spaces that define historic downtown Ocean Springs.

OS Hotel is the lodging centerpiece of os1515 Downtown—a thoughtfully curated mixed-use development that honors the city's rich past while inspiring its future. This lifestyle community currently features CRAVE Food Hall, a first of its kind to adorn the Mississippi Gulf Coast indoor/outdoor food hall with eight chef-driven concepts and The Gallery, an elegant 1500 square foot indoor event space. Lofts1515 is set to launch as the next phase of openings in the os1515 Downtown development. This new collection of ten stylish two-bedroom condominiums will soon welcome short-term guests, offering fully equipped kitchens, spacious living areas, in-unit washer/dryers, and comfortable accommodations for up to six people. Additional restaurant, retail, and lodging amenities are currently underway.

Inspired by the historic Ocean Springs Hotel of 1853—a mineral springs retreat that first established the town as a destination for rest and rejuvenation—OS Hotel brings that legacy of hospitality into the modern era. The property features 32 thoughtfully designed guest rooms, including Standard and Deluxe King or Double Queen options, each equipped with in-room workspaces for both business and leisure travelers. As the only hotel in downtown Ocean Springs offering full ADA accessibility, OS Hotel provides hearing-impaired and mobility-accessible rooms as well as elevator access throughout the property.
