Adagio Stuttgart NeckarPark

Adagio Opens New Aparthotel in Stuttgart, Showcasing Its Ambition to Accelerate Its European Development

With the opening of the Adagio Original Stuttgart NeckarPark, its 12th aparthotel in Germany, the European leader in aparthotels continues its European expansion and confirms the strategic importance of its presence in the rapidly expanding "Germany, Austria, Switzerland" market.

A prime location in the heart of Stuttgart's largest event centre

Located in the ultra-dynamic NeckarPark district - Stuttgart's largest event centre - with excellent public transport links (two metro lines), and 4.7 km from the central station and 17 km from the airport, this new aparthotel, opening on 1st July, benefits from an exceptional environment combining culture, sports, and tourism. Near to iconic sites such as the Mercedes-Benz Arena, the Porsche Arena, the Cannstatter Wasen, the MHPArena, several museums, stadiums, and Olympic training centres, Adagio Stuttgart NeckarPark is an ideal location for both business travellers and tourists eager for a local immersion.

"Smart House": A New Generation of Aparthotels

The Adagio Original Stuttgart NeckarPark implements the innovative "Smart House" concept. Designed to adapt to new urban lifestyles, it combines fluidity, freedom, and functionality. The 121 apartments (studios for 2 people and one-bedroom apartments for 4 people) offer open-plan spaces, multifunctional furniture, and warm materials.

More than just accommodation, the Adagio Original Stuttgart NeckarPark was designed as a living space, offering guests all the comforts they need to experience "the city made easy", whether they stay for a few days or several weeks.

Residents benefit from services designed to offer them flexibility and daily well-being:

  • Free, unlimited Wi-Fi, to stay connected at all times,
  • A varied buffet breakfast (optional), to be enjoyed in a friendly setting,
  • Weekly housekeeping service included for stays of more than 8 nights, with à la carte options for shorter stays,
  • A modern fitness room, a self-service laundry room, and secure underground parking for complete independence.

The experience continues with The Circle, Adagio's unique signature concept for common areas, including a convenience store and a library of borrowable items that allows guests to personalise their stay with accessories, games, cooking equipment, and even leisure facilities.

A design inspired by Stuttgart's wine-growing region

True to local cultural traditions, the Adagio Original Stuttgart NeckarPark celebrates the region's rich wine-growing heritage through immersive storytelling and sophisticated design: shades of green and pink, touches of cork on the walls and lighting, and a wooden terrace evoke the vineyards and the nourishing earth. The common areas are thus designed as warm and authentic places for exchange.

Exteriorly, on the façade, Stuttgart artist Marc David Spengler created a monumental fresco, dotted with grape clusters, bottles, and festive symbols, in homage to Stuttgart's joyful and cultural identity. This artistic gesture makes the aparthotel a meeting point for design, art, and conviviality.
