The hotel is housed in the historic Brown/Broadway Plaza Building, originally constructed in 1929, which quickly became a central hub for local businesses—even serving as home to the Russell Stover Candy Shop for over 50 years. Beautifully reimagined as a 118-key destination for today's discerning travelers, the adaptive reuse project blends timeless architecture with clean, contemporary design—hallmarks of the AC Hotels by Marriott brand.
