This highly anticipated opening marks the New Zealand debut of the brand, introducing a fresh new perspective to the city's hospitality scene. The hotel is owned by New Zealand-based CP Group, one of the country's largest private hotel investors and developers.

Set to redefine hybrid hospitality, JO&JOE Auckland brings the brand's signature open-house concept to the Southern Hemisphere for the first time. The new hotel will offer 298 beds across 73 rooms - from dorm-style accommodations to private options - all designed for curious minds and adventurous spirits. With bold interiors, a buzzing rooftop bar, and communal spaces like the playful Happy House, JO&JOE Auckland invites guests to connect, create, and unwind in the heart of the city.
