B&B Hotels Opens Its First Hotel in Luxembourg
B&B HOTELS continues its European development with the opening of its first property in Luxembourg, marking its establishment in an 18th country.
Located in the fast-growing Cloche d'Or district, the B&B HOTEL Luxembourg Centre Cloche d'Or enjoys a strategic location at the heart of a major economic hub, close to numerous corporate headquarters, shops, and residential infrastructures.
Rated as a superior 3-star hotel, the property offers 150 rooms as well as a range of facilities in line with current travel standards: a large private terrace, a convivial bar/lounge area, a meeting room, and a breakfast room. Accessibility is enhanced by the immediate proximity of a tram stop, complemented by easy access by car.
The project was developed by promoters Nextensa and Promobe, and designed by the Moreno Architecture & Associés firm. It is fully in line with a sustainability approach, aiming for a BREEAM Excellent certification. Among the notable initiatives, the building includes 40% green roofing, contributing to the environmental performance and urban integration of the site.
It is important to note that B&B HOTELS is reinforcing its European growth thanks to a flexible development approach. For example, the upcoming conversion of vacant offices into a 93-room hotel in Unterschleissheim, north of Munich, underlines its ability to tap into business-focused markets. Combined with the recent opening in Réunion, the group confirms its strategy of targeting both high-traffic hubs and secondary locations, thereby strengthening its position as a leading player in the economy hotel segment.
