Hilton to Debut Motto by Hilton Brand in Manchester
Hilton (NYSE: HLT) has announced plans to open Motto by Hilton Manchester Piccadilly, marking the debut of Hilton's lifestyle brand in the city. The new hotel will be delivered in partnership with Dean Street Developments Limited.

The 21-storey property, located in the lively Piccadilly Basin, will feature 154 rooms, a restaurant, bar, and fitness space. With its opening scheduled for 2027, the hotel will sit just moments away from Manchester Piccadilly station, providing excellent transport connections to the wider city and Manchester Airport.
Designed to connect guests with the energy of their surroundings, Motto by Hilton combines cleverly compact rooms with vibrant social areas and a lively food and drink venue.
