Delano London

Developed in partnership with Signature Developers and DCD Properties, Delano London will house a ground-floor restaurant curated by Ennismore's F&B platform, introducing one of its signature culinary brands to London for the first time. The property will also debut the city's first Rose Bar, a reimagined version of the Miami Beach original, designed as an intimate, late-night venue featuring live music, private dining, and social spaces.

The hotel's layered interiors, centered around a fireplace lounge and curated retail areas, reflect Delano's evolution as a lifestyle brand rooted in design, community, and cultural connection.

Born in Miami, Delano redefined modern luxury with its bold design and vibrant spirit, setting a new standard for lifestyle hospitality. With roots deeply tied to the city's cultural energy, the brand carries a strong DNA of originality and style that makes it a unique icon in the global hospitality space. In April 2023, Delano brought the brand's inimitable experience to chic urban settings when it opened in Paris's 8^th arrondissement. In October 2024, the Delano brand was introduced to a new destination and audience with the opening of Delano Dubai. The hotel features 251 guest rooms and suites, culminating in the five-bedroom Delano Penthouse. It also boasts six restaurant and bar concepts in collaboration with Paris Society, including a reimagined version of the famous Delano Pool, as well as 250 meters of pristine private beach.
