The Atlas Hotel is set to debut as a cultural and social gathering place for global travelers, thought leaders and locals - and is now accepting reservations ahead of its opening in early 2026. Known as Boston's growing enclave for music, arts, and global dining, Allston is now stepping onto a larger stage as one of the city's most future-focused districts. Amidst the rise of new community ecosystems, thriving startup scenes, and creative energy, the hotel captures the intellectual spirit and cultural vitality of Allston, Cambridge and the greater Boston area.

Just as an atlas charts places and pathways, The Atlas bridges the intellectual energy of nearby institutions with the creative spirit of the community, offering an experience that creates a deep sense of place. Featuring 246 guestrooms, including 12 suites, The Atlas brings a new standard of lifestyle hospitality to the area, offering elevated comfort and sophisticated design, matched with innovative, inspiring programming and dynamic food and beverage. Designed by the acclaimed teams at Marlon Blackwell Architects and INC Architecture & Design, the central pulse of the hotel's public space is the living room lobby, curated to mix productivity with play from day to night. The property will feature more than 4,800 square feet of versatile meeting and event space, including breakout rooms, pre-function areas, and an outdoor terrace overlooking a lush green space.

At the heart of the hotel's culinary offerings will be Ama, a new signature restaurant concept from Pearl & Law Hospitality, the James Beard Award-nominated team behind Dorchester's Comfort Kitchen. A rooftop restaurant and bar from the Pearl & Law team is also set to open in spring 2026. Both concepts tout private dining, semi-private and full buyout capabilities for additional meeting space.

The Atlas Hotel sits at the gateway of the Enterprise Research Campus (ERC), an innovation-focused, multi-use ecosystem being developed by Tishman Speyer in collaboration with Harvard University. As the global real estate company behind landmark destinations such as Rockefeller Center, and

hospitality-forward developments like Mission Rock and The Spiral, Tishman Speyer's thoughtful approach to placemaking and community building extends into the vision of The Atlas and its surrounding urban landscape. The hotel will be brought to life by Highgate, a leading hospitality investment and management company.

Just steps away from Harvard Business School, The Atlas is part of a district that will comprise 343 residential units, lab and office space for research and development, and the David Rubenstein Treehouse, a mass-timber conference facility. The connecting green space, appropriately named Allstonway, will offer pedestrian routes from Allston and neighboring Harvard Business School to the integrated park system along the Charles River.

At The Atlas, guests will immerse themselves in the dynamic environment of innovation and collaboration inspired by Harvard University and the surrounding community. A robust calendar of events and programming will offer experiences that bridge community with thought leadership, from engaging speaker series featuring world-class innovators to rotating exhibitions showcasing cutting-edge research and design. Collaborative workspaces, networking events and partnerships with local entrepreneurs will connect guests with the vibrant intellectual pulse of the surrounding area, making The Atlas a true hub for discovery and connection.

With a warm and inspiring guest experience, consciously connected to the Allstonway greenspace and local community, and together with Allston's newly designed and renovated art centers, lecture halls, sporting facilities and neighborhood developments, The Atlas marks its debut as a social, cultural and hospitality hub within the larger Allston renaissance.
