Located within Atlantic Park, a first-of-its-kind mixed-use development that includes North America's first Wavegarden Cove surf lagoon, The Sitio blends contemporary design with laid-back surf culture in a vibrant coastal setting.

Each of the hotel's 20 rooms is thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. Special in-room details include custom surfboard racks and a live stream of the Atlantic Park Surf lagoon. With sunlight through the linen curtains, morning coffee delivery, a great playlist, and watching the surf. Additional amenities include an elevated pool and deck with lagoon views, lounge areas, culinary offerings, concierge surf experiences and exclusive programming tied to Atlantic Park's year-round events. Guests of The Sitio also have seamless access to Atlantic Park's curated shopping, dining and entertainment options.
Reservations at The Sitio are now live here for stays beginning March 1, 2026. Seasonal rates start at $369/night.
