Live Oak, Charleston Historic District, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Live Oak's design is inspired by nature, with airy guestrooms, natural woods, and soft textures creating a calming atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling windows and native vegetation reinforce a strong connection to the outdoors, while a second-floor pool lounge with cabanas, daybeds, and a floating stairwell will provide a relaxed, sunlit gathering space above the city streets.

Wellness sits at the heart of the guest experience. A state-of-the-art fitness center, luxury spa services, and curated movement and mindfulness programming will offer a holistic approach to wellbeing. From guided outdoor activities to restorative treatments, Live Oak aims to help guests slow down and reconnect to what matters most.

The hotel's signature restaurant, Terra, will honor Lowcountry culinary traditions through a locally driven lens. A seasonal chef-driven concept menu will evolve with the seasons and spotlight locally sourced ingredients, complemented by farm-to-shaker cocktails.
