Strategically located in the fast-growing Kalamassery corridor of Kochi, the hotel is being developed to cater to the area's expanding base of business, medical, educational, and leisure travelers. Designed to reflect the Ramada Encore brand's smart, contemporary positioning, the property is expected to feature well-appointed guest rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop restaurant, a fitness center, and meeting facilities.

With this development, Hyson Hospitalities strengthens its presence in Kerala's hospitality sector while aligning with Wyndham's portfolio of internationally trusted brands. The project also reflects the growing demand for efficient, midscale hotels in both established metros and high-potential urban clusters.

Encore emerged in the market place as the world welcomed the noughties with open arms (not to mention slight trepidation about Y2K!). The budget sector was already growing rapidly, but there remained considerable opportunity for further expansion and a need for innovation and style. Encore was created to challenge the sector by delivering a darinly different and wicked experience.
